薄扶林村有機耕種隊 Pokfulam Organic Farmers

薄扶林村為香港島上，碩果僅存的一條鄉村。村內人生活親近大地、河溪與樹木。可惜近世紀以來，都市化發展改變了山河，也改變了大家的生活。年青的人外出打工，老農耕不下去也沒有人接棒，令農地都荒廢了。

我們本著活化土地的希冀，邀請村內家庭主婦成立有機耕種隊，她們互助合作，重新開墾土地，推廣綠色生活。耕種隊亦在南區代理銷售有機蔬菜蘑菇，希望長遠能令村內有機農場自給自足，持續發展。

Pokfulam Village is one of the oldest villages in Hong Kong Island. The villagers have been good farmers generation after generation. It was rapid urbanization changed their living patterns. The stream has run dry, leaving barren farmland with no one to plow.

To vitalize the land and make our hearts alive! We invited a group of enthusiastic housewives to be “Pokfulam Organic Farmers”. They work together to build up a new farm in the village. They also sell organic vegetables and mushrooms in Southern District. All income will be saved to sustain the development of the farm.
